Intensive Outpatient Program for Sexual Addiction
The True Warrior program is a highly intensive outpatient program for those that are dealing with problematic sexual behavior. Some people call it sexual addiction while others call it out-of-control sexual behavior. If it's unwanted sexual behavior that you have not been able to discontinue on your own, this program was created for you.
Dr. Hughes runs this program exclusively. The True Warrior program uses a "belt system" to denote advancement. The "yellow belt" is the first step of the intensive outpatient program and consists of a month long warrior training. The therapeutic structure with Dr. Hughes is weekly therapy, weekly neurofeedback, and three times a week trail therapy. Throughout the month the warrior in training will focus daily on a multiplicity of principles that train one in the needed skill of utilizing executive functioning.
