Bekah Barton
LAMFT
I’m Bekah Barton, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Utah. I help individuals navigate challenges related to sex and sexuality, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and relationships. I offer a respectful, affirming space where your values and experiences are honored.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in effective, evidence-based methods. I draw from Brainspotting, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to support healing and clarity.

Brainspotting is a brain-body therapy that helps people process and heal from overwhelming experiences, trauma, or emotional pain. It works by identifying a specific spot in your visual field that’s linked to how you feel inside. Focusing on that spot allows your brain and nervous system to access deep areas of emotional processing—helping you release what’s been stuck and feel more at peace. It’s especially helpful when you feel like you’ve talked about something over and over but still feel unsettled.

I’m sex-positive and belief-affirming, and I deeply value forming authentic, connected relationships with my clients. I believe people are doing their best to be good to themselves and others, and that belief guides the work we do together.

Outside of therapy, you’ll find me rock climbing, hosting dinner parties, running a cookbook club, and spending time with my community. Wherever you are in your journey, you don’t have to walk it alone—I’m here to help you find clarity, connection, and your path forward.
