What the Jumpstart is
The Couples Reconnect Jumpstart is a single, focused three-hour session. In one morning, we make sense of the cycle you keep getting caught in, take the blame out of it, and build a specific plan you can start using that week. It is not the start of ongoing weekly therapy. It is a concentrated jumpstart designed to give you traction quickly.
How the three hours work
1. We map your pattern together, so you can see the cycle instead of blaming each other.
2. I meet briefly with each of you individually, where the real material often surfaces.
3. I teach you what is actually driving the difference in desire, and why neither of you is the problem.
4. You practice a new way of connecting, with me coaching you in the room.
5. We build your written plan for the coming weeks, and you leave with it in hand.
What you leave with

• A written plan to rebuild connection over the coming weeks, yours to take home.

Many of the couples I work with were taught, often for sincere reasons, to guard carefully against sex. Inside a covenant marriage, where intimacy is meant to be good, that earlier message can be hard to set down. The investment
The Couples Reconnect Jumpstart is $1,200. It includes the three-hour intensive and your take-home workbook and written plan. Held privately at our office.
