Hello, I'm Jared Hawkins, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist based in Utah. I hold a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Brigham Young University and a Ph.D. in Couple, Marriage, and Family Therapy from Texas Tech University. Over the years, I have contributed to the field by publishing research articles on marriage and family therapy interventions, and I have had the opportunity to present my findings at national conferences. Additionally, I have served as an adjunct instructor for Texas Tech University and Alliant International University, teaching classes in my field.

With six years of experience in therapy, I have successfully helped individuals and couples overcome various challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, communication issues, unwanted pornography use, sexual desire differences, and sexual dysfunctions. My therapeutic approach centers around emotionally focused therapy, which aims to cultivate relationship trust, emotional safety, and effective communication within couples.
