Jordan Gibby

LMFT

Jordan is a dedicated licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his practice. He earned a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Brigham Young University, building upon his earlier degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University. Prior to his work as a therapist, Jordan devoted five years to domestic violence and rape crisis services, where he played a vital role in establishing and facilitating support groups specifically designed for male survivors of childhood sexual abuse.

Throughout his career, Jordan has contributed to academic works on various topics, including the clinical treatment of intimate partner violence, common relationship dynamics for male survivors of sexual abuse, and the importance of equal partnership in marriage. These publications showcase his commitment to advancing the field of therapy.

In his clinical practice, Jordan focuses on helping individuals, couples, and families overcome the effects of past trauma. He is dedicated to providing accessible and culturally sensitive services to clients from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds. Additionally, Jordan specializes in helping couples and families heal and strengthen their intimate emotional bonds through therapy.

Jordan is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing him to effectively conduct therapy in both languages. Outside of his work, he cherishes his role as a husband and a father. He and his wife have been happily married since 2014 and are blessed with two amazing children.
