If you are struggling with unwanted sexual behaviors, sexual habits that feel difficult to change, relationship concerns, or challenges communicating about sex, you do not have to work through them alone. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly about sexuality, relationships, and the concerns that may feel difficult or uncomfortable to discuss elsewhere.
My approach is collaborative and personalized. I work with individuals and couples navigating unwanted sexual behaviors and habits, patterns of seeking sexual gratification, differences in sexual desire, difficulties communicating about sex, and concerns related to emotional and sexual closeness. I draw from CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT skills, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and neuroscience-informed perspectives to help you better understand the patterns influencing your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behavior.
I also care deeply about meaning, purpose, values, and healthy connection. Together, we can explore what is driving patterns that feel out of alignment with the life or relationships you want, develop practical tools for making meaningful changes, and strengthen communication and emotional closeness. My goal is to help you build a relationship with yourself and others that feels more intentional, connected, and consistent with what matters most to you.
